Our Team

Chuck began working with Jo-Lynn in 2013 as our Construction Manager. He is responsible for the remodeling of your home or business after a disaster as well as supervising our property services division.

Jamie is a Co-Owner, working for Jo-Lynn’s from 1996 through 1998, then rejoining the team in 2001.  He specializes in water restoration, mold remediation, and smoke and fire restoration. His outgoing personality and desire to get the job done right makes him a perfect fit for the Jo-Lynn family.

Joanne is our General Manager. She came to Jo-Lynn in October 2014 with over 15 years experience in administrative and departmental management. She is responsible for the financial and daily operations of our company as well as customer service.

Ron is a Co-Owner and has been with the company since 1994. He graduated from Appalachian State University with a degree in business. Ron is certified in carpet cleaning, duct cleaning, mold remediation and water restoration.
